We gladly accept returns for exchange or credit note within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are new, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Once the returned products are received and verified, a credit note will be issued within 2 working days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We follow a stringent quality control process for all shipping and packaging. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Credit Note Policy
- All purchases (full price, sale, discount, or promotional) are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
- Products purchased on sale may be exchanged for size only, subject to availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
- All bags are final sale. No exchange or credit note will be provided.
- Clearance sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit note.
- Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shoe alterations, if required and feasible, will be carried out solely at our discretion.
- Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a credit note.
- Upon successful return, customers will receive a voucher code via email, redeemable online.
- Credit notes are valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date of issue.
- Credit notes cannot be refunded or transferred to a bank account under any circumstances.
